Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and implement an overarching HR strategy aligned with our expanding operations in NEMT and paratransit services.

Provide counsel to executive leadership, ensuring workforce needs meet the demands of our diverse client base and regulatory environment.

Talent Acquisition & Retention

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to attract top-tier talent.

Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, reduce turnover, and promote career development within our 400+ team.

Cultivate a culture centered on empathy, innovation, and inclusion, reflecting our commitment to serving vulnerable populations.

Design and maintain performance evaluation systems that encourage continuous learning and development.

What We’re Looking For
-
Experience: 7+ years in progressive HR roles, with at least 3+ years in a leadership capacity—preferably in healthcare, transportation, or a regulated environment.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus.)

Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to align HR practices with company objectives and drive meaningful organizational change.

Leadership & Coaching: Skilled at developing teams, mentoring emerging leaders, and cultivating a collaborative, solution-focused atmosphere.
