We are seeking a FULL-TIME Customer Service Representative.

We need to fill this position IMMEDIATELY!

Six months to one year of related experience in a call center environment is required. 
          (Or the equivalent of experience with customer service phone calls.)


The Customer Service Department is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

                You must be able to work as early as 7:00 a.m. or as late as 7:00 p.m.

Candidates with incomplete applications will not be considered.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Customer Service Representative will collect and accurately record information to schedule the transportation needs of customers while providing the highest level of quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
 
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Screen, announce, and transfer calls to office personnel.
  • Create and display a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Interview customers to ensure their eligibility to receive transportation; obtain pertinent information to schedule customers’ transportation needs.
  • Input and document trip information correctly.
  • Ensure customers’ personal data is accurate in the computerized system by reviewing all the information before ending the call; update customer information as needed.
  • Record and respond to customers’ compliments and complaints; forward the information to the appropriate supervisor/manager when necessary.
  • Verify and organize daily paperwork, including Medicaid Physicians’ Certification.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:  High School Diploma or GED required.  Six months to one year of related experience in a call center environment is required. (Or the equivalent of experience with customer service phone calls.)
